Windham Mountain Going Private?

Finished a ride off Spruceton Rd and 42 by riding my bike to Diamond Notch yesterday. The Devils Path/Spruceton Horsetrail loop also has it's charms
Are we talking road, gravel or mountain bike? I have a friend who rides through Diamond Notch on some monster loops. I don’t know how that’s possible.

Gravelish bike with 38mm slicks. It's under a mile from the turn around. Had to walk a few short sections. all the rocks were wet which made it a bit more challenging. I am glad I did it, but not necessarily feeling the need to do it again.

Windham always had a lot of rich guys, including several Goldman Sachs partners, and there was always a private club there for them, They're just leaning into that crowd now. Discounted group tickets for bus trips, free all in beginner packages and the other promotions they used to do overcrowded the place way too much for high rollers.
OTOH the town has always had lots of cops and firemen, and the Breezy Point Ski Club acted like they owned the mountain. The real change at Windham will be when they kick that crowd to the curb, if they haven't already. Everything else that has happened at Windham is just the ordinary enshittification that is happening everywhere everyday.

"enshittification"
Sadly I've had to use that term more and more.

Will be fun when they drive all the people/workers from the region that make a ski resort and town possible. The east isn't the rockies.
