Why don't ski areas serve Buffalo wings?

I wanna ski The Dolomites for the folks & food & ski from joint to joint.

I want to take that trip with my daughter.

I mean it seems like a natural. They’re cheap to buy frozen in bulk, easy to cook and fit right in with the burgers and chicken nugget pub fare that most hills serve but I don’t think I’ve ever had wings at a ski area

Actually they are quite expensive. Also they can be tricky to cook

Heard someone say, who grows chickens for The Ithaca Farmers Market, this year they can’t get baby chicks to raise up to sell later on.
If ya thought the egg shortage was tough a chicken only has a couple wings but can lay a lot of eggs.
Maybe turkey wings will be a hit.

Boyne Mtn in Michigan has some of the best wings I have ever had.

I feel like every bar/pub/tavern at almost every ski area I have ever been to serve wings?

I got it. I don’t spend any time in ski area bars. I sometimes buy food in the lodge and don’t see wings there.
