I have lots of experience with PT. Get treatment for a few weeks, then do the exercises/stretches on you own.Went to a neighbors bonfire last night. Pretty much everyone there was a nordic skier.
I was speaking with Dick, he's older than me (70?) and has been nordic skiing for many decades.
He told me about his knee issues and I told him about my foot.
He told me it was crazy that I wasn't taking creatine, and also strongly recommend PT.
Does anyone have experience with creatine? Recommended? Is there any difference between brands?
