Seriously. I used to crash really hard when I was first learning. There were times I fell so hard I lost my poles, goggles, my hat... and of course I double ejected all the time. I think there were a few times I fell so hard my gloves flew off. It’s amazing I haven’t had more injuries. Of course I don’t think I’ve had a real honest to god yard sale since the late 90s. Hopefully I’m not jinxing myself with this thread. knock on wood.

Bellflat in Catskills
Last season ice all round and I was going way to fast their patrol their was fantastic at getting me where I need to be for sure
Few people on here where their that day

You missed a lovely tea set my grandmother left me. Lady down the street got it for five bucks. Hard bargain.

Sometimes one of my poles gets caught when I am tree skiing.

Fortunately and unfortunately tele gear doesn't really come off.

Searching out untracked powder in the fringes of Sugar Valley Glades last Sunday, dropping between tight trees with a stump in the line.....ended up on my back with a double eject. I did, however, hold onto my poles. And my googles stayed on. That count?

Probably about 8-9 years ago for a full-on yard sale ... Cloudspin at Whiteface ... Came in from the Paron's Run entrance and was moving along nicely in some deep snow hard to skier's right ... I started to venture towards the middle a little too far and drove my left ski tip into something (rock, stump, ???) ... Immediately ejected from that ski and superman'd ... Lost the other ski ... did a couple of somersaults ... lost both poles ... and finally came to a stop ... It's one of those that you wish you had on video!!!

Two years ago at Stowe on Upper Nosedive. I was wearing my GoPro so it's captured in all it's glory on video lol.

I think the definition is multiple pieces of gear flung in different directions purely by the force/action of impact so I’m not sure a run of the mill double eject counts. Come to think of it, true yard sales are probably more rare in the age of chin straps. Anybody ever crash so hard their helmet came off? Can’t claim that particular accomplishment myself.
