Antiques Roadshow started in 1979 but didn’t come to the US until 1997. People’s Court first aired in 1981, 8 years before Cops. Some say Candid Camera was first, started in 1948.

Yes. Although my non-skiing husband watches a lot more than I do. I don't watch at all while on ski trips.
