No doubt. But it goes well beyond that, imo. The original owners of Togg created an incredible atmosphere that would be difficult to recreate. Very loyal group of skiers and had a incredibly successful restaurant there, so expectations would be high. They also had very low overhead. Trying to find employees, as well as the $ it would take for upgrades would be hard to justify in today's market.Sure would be a losing proposition this "winter".....................
