Yep. It has been on the local news for the past couple of days.

Hopefully someone buys it and reopens it as a ski hill. That said, with all the challenges that goes with owning/running a ski hill in CNY, who in their right mind would want to do that!?

No doubt. But it goes well beyond that, imo. The original owners of Togg created an incredible atmosphere that would be difficult to recreate. Very loyal group of skiers and had a incredibly successful restaurant there, so expectations would be high. They also had very low overhead. Trying to find employees, as well as the $ it would take for upgrades would be hard to justify in today's market.
