The current OS version is 15.0 something.

I found a thread in XF support (from October 2020) that indicated that they were currently supporting back to 10.3.

9.3 was released in March fo 2016.

If it can't be updated and you either got to, use your phone, or buy a new ipad, to post in the forum.

Sort of odd that it just happened, but we did do a software update a few days ago so maybe that was it.

There was some kind of "patch" issued this morning. Usually means they found some kind of specific issue with the latest upgrade.

I have no idea if it was related to the ipad issue, but maybe try again. You never know.

Unable to add images. Something about, not the file type we expected.

New phones are defaulting to a new image type that is not jpg or png. It's like heic or something. It doesn't work.

This time, I noticed a funny file extension and changed it to jpg when I saved the file to my MacBook. Still no luck.
