Yeah, those guys are def good. Watched some videos by them, they are addicting. The only thing I've ever butchered is deer. I learned from a bunch of old farts, some would call it an old school way but it worked for them for years and still works today. Butchering, imo, is not easy work. What makes it easy for us is that bottle of whiskey in the middle of the table
