Found an archive thread with posts from 2015-19. Price was $150 in 2014. Last post that info about locations said: "It's down to 12 mountains this year, but also $10 cheaper at $165. Cannon is the biggest loss from last year, but should be able to get enough days at Gore, Whiteface, Mad River Glen, Magic, West, Smuggs, Bretton Woods, etc and it may even inspire me to finally get to Burke."
 
Apparently batches of Wait List emails started going out on August 20. If there is still availability, public sales will start on August 28. That's also when the announcement of new locations that takes the total over 250 will be made.
 
The Indy Passholders FB Group has almost 18,000 members as of August 2025. Lately most of the posts have been pictures of new Indy vanity plates from various states that have ski hills/mountains. The deal is that those people will get a free Indy+ pass for 2025-26. Doesn't matter if they already bought Indy or Indy+. The Indy folks take care of the details after someone emails a picture of their plate on their car. I've seen: "INDY 4TW", "INDYRV", "1NDY", "SKINDY" and many more creative ways to get some variation of "INDY" onto a plate.

Sorry, I was actually a bit surprised. Didn't want to post a link but it was clearly a short NYSkiBlog thread. Did a quick search and don't remember what keywords I used in addition to "Champlain Valley". Can't replicate the results.
 
I was wondering if, when you said "archives" if you meant NYSB archives, that's why I asked for the link.

I'm curious if you use Google to search the old (or new) forum. I do.
