The Importance (and Fun!) of a Quiver

I had the Dynastar Extreme Vertical Assaults for years. They must have been made of foam. I was big into mogul skiing at the time. The sports store I bought them from had a crazy return policy. When I brought them back with reverse camber and spider webbed topsheets they said skis aren’t supposed to look like that and gave me new ones. I kept going back and they didn’t care. Ended up with six pairs for the price of one. Those skis were truly ground breaking? and started a whole new category now called SkiMo.
I had those skis. Fluorescent orange bases, pink/blue topsheet with a bit of a Tron-like checkerboard. They were made of foam; I cracked the right ski in half one run. I was in the process of falling and see the heel piece about 10' in the air and about 6' away from a ski that was bent at a 40 degree angle. I wish I bought them at the same place you did.

Herman’s World of Sporting Goods in Poughkeepsie. Unfortunately they went bankrupt and were replaced by another store, the much bigger Dick’s.

TWSS!!! ?

Arrived in the mail today, I know this is a forum of mostly skiers and tele dorks but surely someone here will appreciate this. No bindings no problem!

That thing is rad. I hope that’s a leash tucked under the tail. Also, it might be time for that AC to come out, just sayin’.

Still need to get a leash on order, you would think for over 300 bucks Burton would be kind enough to throw one in. As for the AC unit, I'm a negligent renter with an even more negligent landlord who can't seem to keep mold out of the basement where we usual store these things, not my house not my problems.
