Seems like few of you clowns read it since NB is mentioned. I won't post the whole thing - journalism needs to make money. But here's an excerpt:

No, you're triggered in that as soon as people talk about fighting bigotry you feel the need to jump up and complain.

Look, a lot of people don't care about bigotry. That's their business. So most just ignore conversations about it. Some make easy changes.

But you do care - you care enough to be annoyed when the topic comes up. That's triggered. "Oh, someone talking about need for more inclusion - Got. To. Mock. Them."
