We got the first all night soaking rain last night and it came in cool.
Almost forgot what it sounds like.
We sure needed it. I bet the farmers & wildlife are tickled.

Furnace kicked on up here, the last two nights.

The hot-dry weather has some of the leaves turning and coming off.
Acorns dropping early to boot.
Dang burning bush already starting to turn.

Yep. Leaves coming down because drought. Some of the needles on my pine trees are turning brown too. Something I've not seen before.
