Cuse got to 94F yesterday and set a record high.
Folks even had to put out a brush fire behind The Cuse Mets ballpark.
Supposed to get back to cooler weather next week.
It’s been dry and a good thing is the lawnmower gets to rest.

Just to nit pick a little, the Temp reading that Saranac Lake likes to take credit for is actually taken at the Adirondack Regional Airport in Lake Clear NY, about 7 miles away.

Lake Clear and Saranac Lake are both in the town of Harrietstown, so I'm taking this. BTW it's some news outlet, not Saranac Lake, claiming that we had the coldest temperatures.

When I still lived in NJ, I'd periodically go for a run in Stephens State Park in Mount Olive. Heard shooting often, but I concluded that it was target practice at a nearby state police barracks.
