Harvey, I owe you a write up on Song. Could probably do Lab too.
I tend to prefer Song to Lab. It is NE facing and holds snow longer. There are some winding trails that possess an aesthetic that I like. Lab tends to have multiple "boulevard" trails straight down the hill. There are steep sections on these trails, but are not sustained.
The two steep trails at Song are Otto's (22 degrees) and Jupiter (28 degrees) are consistent in their steepness the whole trail. Beyond Jupiter is some incredibly steep tree skiing (30+ degrees).
@JohnF this is exactly the kind of thing that makes a profile that will really interest our readers. Or at least me. I really want to get to all three, in a season where I felt comfortable staying overnight somewhere, I'd try to hit all three. Two nights in a row in a car is tough. All three are about 3 hours from our cabin, but not that much farther from home in the flatlands.
@Robert took a run at Song check it out, any input is welcome:

Song Mountain's listing in the NYSkiBlog Directory features trail map, vertical drop, stats and profile of the ski resort in Tully, NY.

We still need Lab. There are others missing in Central NY but that is the biggest one:

Central NY ski areas get solid snowfall from lake-effect off Lake Ontario.

ETA: I tried to integrate your valuable Song input above.
