Ought to. But it's a farther drive than Fort Kent Maine. Also from what I understand, it's feast or famine. My brother skied there, but he lives in VA

That's just google maps data, so I could rank them. I was thinking about adding a column for MPH, just dividing Google maps distance by time, to give an idea of how "easy" the drive is.

I'm starting to think I should be using I88 when going from Plattekill to Gore, instead of Route 30. Yeah it's longer, but that drive on 30, and especially the end on Route 8 from Speculator... feels. so. long.

Yes you should. From Albany to Plattekill is easier on I88 to Rt 30. Especially after the goods.

Ya otta try route 8 from north Ohio to/from Gore.
She might be long but she's beautiful. & No stop signs thewholething going up.
There’s one after ya go across the Sacandaga on the way down.
Logging trucks/snowplows in the wintertime may weigh on ya however.
