Saturday morning Pow?

10" down on the ground here in Hunter and more expected.
Clearing my schedule for the afternoon.
stoked...
I heard Vail is going to charge a 30 dollar surcharge to pass holders on days with more than 4 inches of new snow. This will keep the crowds down and provide a better experience for the people who do show up. Lol

No, they'll just let everybody wait at the entrance until 10 am and then come out and say, sorry, no skiing today, the people we didnt lay off or quit because we suck haven't showed up to work today, like what happened to me last year.

So who's waking up at the crack of dawn Saturday morning and heading out? (Raises hand)
Some folks got in trouble for skiing Friday morning Pow.

"There are a lot of opinions and misinformation in the Comments. Which is surprising for social media…"
Imagine that. Why can’t we have nice thingys?

There's a fuckton of traffic on 87 tonight I'll tell you that.
Lots of traffic on I-81 in PA too in the late afternoon. More going north than south, so probably not all rush hour commuters.

Some folks might be just coming back from a fun in the sun vacation trip too.
Also saw some big flocks of geese heading north a couple days ago when it was warmer.

Just to double back on this….I totally failed on first chair at Sugarbush today.

Seriously, I failed at 10am rope drop for the Long Trail hike to Castlerock.

F$@k, just realized I gotta find my way back to Lot F.

I’ve grown…old? Soft? Heck, I even talked to folks….(yeah, I said folks)…on the lift today, watching teens consume scratchy bumps at will, talking about how “I’m too old and lazy for that s@$t”. Quality over quantity….blah, blah, blah, and all that.

Ok, I’m pathetic….but I had a good day! Knee deep untracked on Rumble can have that effect!
