Moved these fundraising posts to this thread, to keep "Today's Swim" clean.

I spoke to @Stu and he referred me to Mrs. Storm. It's kind of funny that she is also the one who pushed Stuart to do the merch. Zelda is also the one encouraging me, something we could do together.

FWIW I had a company offer me a small fortune (upfront and annual payments) to log 4 acres of our land, build a road and put up a cell tower. Not doing that either.

Yes. But i wouldn't want to live here. Also, maybe not the greatest way to move into a neighborhood.

I visited the cell phone tower that was at the top of Big Tupper and it was a dump of wire and garbage everywhere.

And the way the land lays out it would really decrease any ability to resell those lots for subdivision.

Don't get me wrong I sure could use the money. It's really tight now building this house. But since I never planned on it, I figured just pretend like it never happened.

Um, no. I'm down with buying a NYSB t-shirt, but ya need something with more pizazz.

Good move on cell towers. Mt van Ho's 1980 trails have an easement across land owned by the South Meadow Lodge B & B. Around 10 years ago, someone put up a cell tower on their land. No bueno.
