We topped out at 107 in the valley yesterday. The snow is gone in the Paradise lot. There's a fire behind my house by for the time being, they've got it surrounded. Praise be...Summer is almost over!!❄

Bubble chair install in progress. Greater the 50-50 for a la Nina season.

Great cool down content.... closing day from last season. On the East side, it was a fairly erratic season... but this storm definitely left a good taste in everyone's mouth. Unfortunately, an emergency back surgery in late February prevented me from participating in this celebration....??

It may be a good year to plan a trip to the PNW
La Nina is Here!!

New bubble chairs awaiting installation at Mission...

Some of my best trips have been to the PNW (Crystal, Baker, Alpental...and their surrounding BC) and after losing the best part of last season (March/April/May and some western long weekends) I’ll be itching! I need to spend some time in the Leavenworth area and check out Mission, Steven’s and the Alpine Lakes Wilderness. Of course, I’ll still have to figure out how I feel about flying as the Fall and CV-19 evolve....

This stoke is getting me excited for my move to the region early in the new year—even if skiing is low priority for me in the immediate future. Looking forward to exploring the region once I move to the Vancouver area.
