I was looking at that myself last week. They say the foundation repairs have been quoted at $14k. I think I would get a 2nd opinion on that if I were serious about it. Great spot though

Close to Platty and has a nice fireplace and apple tree to make cider.

This one is close to Song Mtn. and gives ya get lake rights to a little finger lake. Has close neighbors if like or don’t like those things.
