@revsystems thinks he has a handle on the issue now. Sometimes moving ahead requires a step back?

I even heard an explanation for why everyone was @Campgottagopee this morning. It's seems like it's always a "caching" problem.

Anyway we are getting close to trying again.

Wonder if it’s related to the FAA outage in USA and Canada lately? Dang software glitches.
 
I sort of dropped the ball tonight. @revsystems texted me he was ready to try again, but I was passed out on the couch. It's a post covid thing, I sleep a lot.

Anyway I think it is going down tomorrow night. I will keep you posted. Excited to have a fast website again.

And thanks again for all the patience, and your willingness to wait through the spinny wheel to post your input.
 
We are going to do the server upgrade today at 1pm.

Forum will be "read only" starting around that time.

Then we will download the entire site and move it to the new server.

There will be a complete outage when it's almost done.

We'll know soon enough if it works, or if we are still having login issues.

Midday is not ideal, but I really want to get this done.

I don't THINK it will take 2 hours, if all goes well it could be less than 1 hour.

Harv, thanks for what you do here. I feel we have a good hearted crew, and enjoy shooting the crap with these kook's

Fact.

I do feel like the second time, odds are better.

There is a support forum for this software, and I posted there Tuesday when it didn't work. Pretty much everyone who chimed in agreed on what the problem is, and when I talked @revsystems I had no idea WHAT he was saying, but he sounded like he knew what was going on.
