No issues with it being too flat. It was just a major choke point going from the 60 foot wide Backwoods to the 20 foot wide Paradox. It wasn’t too flat on a snowboard? More pitch than cedars traverse?

They at least named it correctly. No issues with it being too flat. It was just a major choke point going from the 60 foot wide Backwoods to the 20 foot wide Paradox.
Ya’d have to wait awhile these weakdays. They should have had a cam on me. I'd arc that sucker, big time.
I'd get there first, it would be all cord, with no one in front of me.
Backwoods is intended to add an easy route, but it leads to Pipeline, which has all the elements that intimidate skiers with less than perfect skills. It's narrow, there's a rock wall on skiers' right and a drop off on the left, there's long flat spots and icy steep spots and guys likePersonally I really like the new trail and being a Thursday there was no issue at the bottom when it got narrow.
The length of Barkeater, Trail 11M, according to the UMP, is 1925 feet.I got on Backwoods for the first time on Wednesday. Like a big, long Tahawus, which is not a bad thing, but it’s not worth the price of tearing the heart out of Barkeater glade.
