OK so I just spoke with Tim in the Paramus Ski Barn shop. As it turns out, he is very familiar with Gentemstick boards and even correctly guessed the shop that I originally got the board from. Given the unique nature of the issues, he recommended I call the Wayne shop and speak with their resident tuning expert Bart. Spoke with Bart and he understood the issues immediately and even laughed when I told him what I think the angles are. Sometime next week I'll try to bring it in so he can take a look. Hopefully he can get it back in shape without taking too much off the base and edge lifespan. I'll update when I know more.
