Did you ask Ron at Orange County Snowboards, Skis and Bikes?

It might be worth giving Ski Haus in Brewster a call and ask for Brian (not Ryan). He has done most of my mounts. Not G3 but he mounted my Fritschis using a paper jig that I printed.

Wild Snow might have some more insight too.

I did call OC Snowboards and they said they might be able to do it with a paper jig. Idlewild in PA was very unimpressed with the paper jig that G3 provided me, so I was really hoping to avoid that. Will call Ski Haus though, thank you.

Got em done at Jimmy's Belleayre Ski Shop. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Based on my conversations with a number of shops, I believe G3 does not make a jig for their AT bindings. If you have G3 bindings that you need mounted, I can say that they have done at least a couple using the paper jig and are worth reaching out to.
