Liftopia in Big Trouble

From the ashes of Liftopia rises Catalate. Back in December Liftopia was liquidated through a company called Skitude, and this launch is the first sign of life. They appear to be focusing on management and ticket selling infrastructure but not direct sales.
They should had to pay back people that owe money to not sure if they did

I don't totally get it. I think Liftopia declared bankruptcy. This "new" company is saying they bought the assets but not the debts.

Hiring Evan, the owner of Liftopia (or one of them) doesn't look good IMO. Also the offer to pay off the debt if you do business with us... I mean that's not exactly elegant either.

As the owner of a ski area I would be anxious to do business with these people ........Hahahah yeah right . Not with a ten foot pole .:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:

I know nothing about Liftopia or how it works, but how did Liftopia "take" ski areas money in the first place?
