I’m not impressed by the employee housing plans and that village is never gonna be my cup of tea but if this project funds the road, electric and water upgrades the town needs, then there is at least a silver lining. I doubt they’ll get more than 75% of it approved by the state anyway and might get 50% built before they go bankrupt and the resort buys it all back for Pennie’s on the dollar.

If ya can manage to make to be an old fart ya still have a chance to get some at some bumps. Some bumps even let ya ski for free now.
