Next year we will ski Sunday-Monday. Plattekill shouldn’t be as busy on a Sunday. Also because of my stomach bug I didn’t get any Ted’s Fish Fry.

I get them every time I go back and I bring back sauce in a jar home with me, so I have at least the chili a few times a year.
