I came this close to going, even bought the ticket.

I'm nursing a funky leg and HV didn't quite get the snow I'd hoped for, but I really want to get to western NY.

Looks like Jon C's dad will use the ticket, so that is cool.

Last weekend Friday and Saturday was prime. 6 inches of lake effect with already packed powder conditions. Was able to get into the Gobbler glades and Devils glen. Coverage was great and there were deep stashes in the trees. After this recent storm they must be in great condition.

40 degrees today with an almost spring like snow. Wall to wall coverage, with lots of stashes of snow to use if they get a melt down
