What are the best hikes for upper intermediates in north creek area? Thinking Peaked Mountain or just gore

Any recommendations by Placid for good views? How is the marble to whiteface summit trail?

Just half to 3/4 day hikes in the summer with map and compass but no extreme trips

for north creek, if you go a bit north on RT 28N, Moxham Mountain is a good spot with views. Also Peaked Mtn and thirteenth lake outside of North River is a nice hike.

Around North Creek, check out Crane Mountain. For a short day, try Hackensack Mountain in Warrensburgh. First mountain I ever went up, my grandfather took me when I was 5!

Also, you could try Baxter Mountain in Keene, around 3 miles round trip. Awesome views of the Great Range.

Not sure what an intermediate hiker is but Peaked is pretty cool, and not that hard.

No summit pics here, sorry:
