I hope 2 lives forever. It's cool.
4 and 5 are my favorite chairs to ski. I really like the terrain there.
If they do take 4 all the way to the top, WOW! That would really change things as they do own a bunch of land there.

Water won't ever be an issue. They can pump out of hope lake if they had too.
The crick right by the deck, and then 2 or 3 ponds on the hill is their main source.
I was also happy to hear they don't feel as though detachable chairs are needed. I completely agree. Money is better spent on making snow. I'm thinking year 5, next year, of the snowmaking plan will be huge. Especially if we have a good snow year as to give them some capital to work with.
It's no BS that our owner is a hard core skier. Nobody wants it more than he does. Trust me.

Didn’t know his Father, a NY ski hall of famer, was a City of Cortland Fireman.
No wonder he knows how to make large volumes of
water flow.
