Wow. It’s been so long since we had a real troll here, I forgot how they worked.
The local community might feel really screwed if their local ski area goes bankrupt and eventually closes.Yup screw the local community.
It's been raining here all day and it's my day off so this is entertainingWow. It’s been so long since we had a real troll here, I forgot how they worked.
I've been trying to disengage you but this one, I feel, requires a response. It’s cute you believe that all profits go back to the hill. Do you have any proof?
I'm thinking you'd have a hard time finding locals who feel GP is "screwing" them. GP is a great neighbor. I'm guessing you aren't local.Yup screw the local community.
Ok so you went to gore once and they didn’t run all their chairs lifts. What other major nys ski areas limit accessible terrain by not running a lift?
Belleayre is known for its flats. One big long ridge up top that the dang boarders have to hop, skooch or walk. I lend them a pole or offer a push if I see real struggle. The upper mountain lifts (Overlook and Tomahawk) are often closed midweek. This leaves the lower mountain flats necessary to navigate down to the Express Lift or all the way to the Gondi. It is what it is, and what it is, is first world problems. So snowboarders should traverse some of the flattest parts of the hill to access the park?
