Greek Peak Conditions

Big things are happening at Greek Peak! We’re kicking off a massive four-year snowmaking upgrade with $2.51 million in improvements headed your way. That means more snow, better coverage, and a longer season, no matter what Mother Nature has in store. Crews are already laying pipe on Karyatis, Zephyr, and Epicurus, with East Meadow and Boardwalk next in line.
Over the next 4-6 years:
• 250+ new HKD snow guns
• Snowmaking expansion to cover the east side of the mountain (Arcadian Gate, Crisaean Way, Arethusa Way, Mars Hill) along with adding snowmaking to Olympian.
• Upper & Lower Pollux, Marathon, Wendy’s Way, and Alpha are getting major upgrades.
• More pumps for increased snowmaking capacity.
Stay tuned as we build a better mountain experience, one snow gun at a time.

In the long run, improving pump capacity is key.

Any idea if the new snowguns will be automated?

Saw on the website announcement that there is a 1-week special July 14-20: lift ticket 3-pack for $249, no blackout dates.

Maybe I'm getting old but 250 dollars for three lift tickets is just out of hand.
Agree. I feel the same way. It seems like the industry in really trying to attract pass holders and not day tickets.
And yes, you and I are definitely getting old. It wasn't that long ago I could live an entire month for twoFiddy ..... LoL

I don't know if they'll be automated or not. Yes, pump capacity is definitely key.
Snowmaking over on the east side will be a game changer
