Rough event coming up

this event will be a warm rain event fueled by an atmospheric river along the East Coast. These types of events feature warm temperatures, dewpoint temperatures pushing up through the 40s (and even into the 50s) that will ripen the snowpack and result in snow melt.
The southerly wind may gust 50-60 mph at the coast on the ground with 100+ mph likely on the summits across the region,
