For sure, VR learned in Australia that early season is very tough because relatively little terrain could be open. Presumably that's one reason there won't be able day tickets sold before Dec. 8. Perhaps also the reason that the Mid-Atlantic and midwest locations are scheduled to open somewhat later than usual. The three locations near Chicago, Detroit, and Minn/St. Paul aren't even trying to be open for Thanksgiving weekend.Hoping that the buzz I hear about them hammering to get the whole mountain open to keep crowds separated is true.
