Hmmm, just had alpine binders mounted on my new skis, tech asked how much I weighed, looked at his chart and set them 6.5. Bindings go to 14. Maybe I should reconsider.

Maybe it's logarithmic like earthquakes.

I think it may be logarithmic. But be careful when playing with the DIN. You also have to adjust the forward pressure. For some models there is a small arrow toward the ski that has to fit between the two hashes. That would indicate proper forward pressure.
