Ya could two up with helping with bike trails too.
I’d like to rebuild that park into a more family and ebike friendly system with a dedicated climbing trail and long, sustainable machine built flow trails. No lifts needed.

If it was done right and the trails were super fun you could definitely attract customers. I think you could make it different than anything else around and have ebike rentals. Maybe even guides and lessons.

Does Plattekill have car camping in the summer? It could be a very cool scene.

The ebike thing is interesting to me. You can look at trails very differently. They can be fully directional but flatter and even have ups but still have the fun factor of a DH trail. There’s opportunity right now to get a corner on that market. They’re coming whether traditional mountain bikers like it or not and they need places to ride.

They are also a lot more attractive to people that don’t ride bikes or have the best fitness levels.

Attaboy ?

Take it a little further, maybe charge a small amount for overnight camping. Have a dedicated rest room with coin up showers and maybe even some glamping tents for affordable rates. That could pop.
Definitely

Kanuga. No lifts
Built around ebikes

I haven’t heard about that. Is it making money?
