Ever thought of just stayin in Yurp the whole time instead of the backs and forths across the pond thingys?

As @Harvey and @jasonwx can attest, it's a constant source of, ahem, "discussion" between me and the wife and the only reason I haven't decamped across the pond is due to the dreaded family responsibilities.

I speak French and German, and I have designs on Italian -- at least to become proficient enough that I won't embarrass myself on a ski trip.
