Looks like Jay Peak is in the running for the clear sky total eclipse 2024 ski mountain award.

Don't usually bother with ski resort webcams in May . . . but checking the Solitude and Brighton parking lot webcams has been fun during the recent snowstorm that dropped 30+ inches in LCC/BCC. The only Snowbird webcam that's any fun today, May 8, is the line for the tram. Started loading right at 9:00 MT. The tram wasn't running during the snowstorm the last couple days due to high winds, and probably the low visibility too given that coverage is low in spots by this time of the season.

Gore Mountain Conditions

Well, I finally made it. The snow is insane. I’m on North Quad now and I’m hearing they’re trying to get Straightbrook open. Topridge is open. Snow feels light to me, I’m floating at speed.
