Last 500 meters of the men's relay at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano. The entire race was thrilling but prolly a bit too long to share here. In the first leg, Norway's Sture Sivertsen blew up and bled a minute to Italy and I think, Finland. Ehrling Jevne made up half of that on the second leg, and on the 3d Bjorn Daelie reeled in Italy. Humans shouldn't be able to ski that fast uphill.
Semifinal and final of women's team sprint, 2018 Winter Olympics. Diggins and Randall bring home first ever XC gold for 'Murrica. If you want to cut to the chase, the final lap comes at 3:45.
British commentator = not as outta control as Salmela:
I've skied those groomers at Snowbird in late season. In a few places it pays to go fast or you don't make it up the section that goes uphill. Looks like they got to make early turns before the tourists arrived.
Since you liked that one, take a look at this one at neighboring Alta. Not groomers.
