Belleayre Conditions

There aren't really any L2s after 87

Charging aside the hill is skiing great. Everything is either open or about to be opened. 15 staffers say good morning when you walk in, getting my FSC ticket was a breeze, minimal lines even though it's busy.

For all the ORDA bitching around here Belle is crushing it.

Hit up Belle today with @TheGreatAbyss. Great day and mountain is skiing great. Nice hard pack pretty much everywhere and lots open. Little ice here and there but really stellar for the first weekend of December.

They'll probably be 100% open on snowmaking terrain by the weekend. Lots of stuff was ready today to open but wasn't opened to probably let it drain more. Or not. Regardless was plenty to ski what was open.

Belle continues to kill it last few years with snowmaking and conditions in the early season

Yeah I've used it once. Two chargers one stall but one out of two was being iced

I haven't made it there yet this year, but Belleayre is reporting 52 trails open tomorrow. I believe essentially everything that has snowmaking except for Cathedral Brook is showing open on the report.

I know they have a lot of things working in their favor, but that's pretty impressive for Dec. 12

YAY. So is this pic the lowest main lot by the lower lodge? I will often park in the slightly uphill lit, just trying to figure out where this is. What awesome news - now I will be able to get up and down without a stop. This looks like a ridiculous amount of slots.

PS I try not to be passive aggressive but I wonder if I got iced out if i would be tempted to block someone in and leave a note to call me. That probably wouldn't go well given the amount of road rage out there. Gear guard gary would record but probably. not worth it.

This is primo, and no joke. I love Gore butthey have like only 6 chargers.

How many kw were you pulling? Gore splits to 3.2, which is fine, or 6, which is decent. My home charger tops at 9.1 due to it not being hardwired, which would fill me up at 0 in like 14 hours. I usually get up to Belle driving normally with like 40-50% in cold tems.

PS hard to tell but looks like you have nice snows on your tesla. Good for you.

Yes the "lower" lot right by discovery, front row too which I really appreciate and not penalizing us by sticking them in the back. There's a good number of chargers but when I checked at lunch they were all taken!

I think it was the full 48 at 240 IIRC? I didn't even try to pull the full amount as I had the Tesla max out at 32 amps, but I don't drive an M1 Abrams ;) so I don't need nearly as much juice as you. Leaving from my house in Jerze with the battery at 80%, pre-conditioned, and acceleration in chill, I usually get the top of Pine Hill with something like 25-30% left. I try to keep it within the 80/20 SOC.
