Awesome Real Estate

That's quite a kitchen Broski.

Personally I'd rather have less house than some of these listings. Zelda and I are arm wrestling over the size of what we will build. I lived in 1000 sq ft most of my life, and think 1800 would be more than enough.

I'd take more land, if given a choice.

About this time last year we put a bid in on this house. It had been abandoned for a couple years, lots of unknowns. We lost it by 25k. Still looking to buy or add on. No hurry, nothing set in stone.

I agree that ^^ is awesome Camp. Would LOVE to see what you would do with that.

On vacation a couple years ago and did some fishing on Dillon Reservoir in Co. up one branch was a row of homes basically on a cliff. Pictures don’t do justice.,

Keep an eye on that one, Camp. A lot of people were making rash decisions a year ago. They might change their mind.
Thanks. Unfortunately for us they've moved in and dumped big $$$$$ into the place. Differently than what we would've done but it looks awesome. Great view of the hill from that deck too.

Herkimer is off the table. Roxbury / Margaretville area is in
The dude who invented the talking horse, Mr Ed, lived in Roxbury so there’s that.
