We skied until around mid day, it was snowing from mid up, was still really good skiing up top (little whiteface/lookout as summit wasn’t spinning), and it definitely mixed and was sleeting at the base…we were soaked after our run back to the lodge to change…so I would imagine the lower mountain...

Skiing cloudspin on Friday from the top was pretty sweet for early season…some nice boot deep snow in there too…snowed all weekend pretty much in the LP area…nice change of a ski season kickoff weekend for us, as conditions aren’t usually this good on our first time out

What if you made the knee walls with an access door to have storage behind them and to access your mice trapping needs (hopefully none!). So you can base trim/have outlets on walls, etc... I've seen this in many cape houses (at least ones in my area)
