The Indy Pass

Any one know if the 25/26 Indy pass currently on sale is valid through the remainder of this season?

We’d love to make the Spring pass purchase good for the current season but the resort reimbursement just wouldn’t work. Buy your pass now for the best deal on next year’s season. Early bird gets the pow! 👍❄️

Reminders for Indy Pass 2025-26:

* Getting set up for the new auto-renew option needs to be done before March 1
* The Wait List is open for new people Feb. 24-28
* Public sales start March 1

Last year the public sales period lasted about a week.

Can get a refund later in the year if Indy doesn't get up to 250 locations or if your favorite resort doesn't stay on Indy. Something to remember in the late fall.

I set up Easy Renew and already have my receipt. The default is for the same type of Indy Pass someone had before.

Have learned that anyone who wants to renew Indy for 2025-26 but would like to change to a different type of Indy Pass should auto-renew before March 1. Then send an email later to request the change. Sounds like they would like the change requests to come after public sales end but still in the spring. Would be charged or refunded the amount based on the Early Renew pricing.

The push is on for 2025-26 public sales for Indy. The additions in New England are Burke and Tenney.

The new additions are Burke Mountain, Vt.; Tenney Mountain, N.H.; Corralco Mountain Resort, Chile; Rauriser-Hochalmbahnen, Austria; Pila, Italy; and Mt. Washington XC, British Columbia, Canada. Indy Pass holders can ski this summer at Corralco when it’s winter in the Southern Hemisphere.

Partner ski areas are contracted one year at a time. Pass holders can request a refund before Dec. 1 if the number of Indy Pass resort partners is less than 250 by Nov. 1. A passholder can also request a refund for an unused pass by Dec. 1 if their favorite resort from the 2024-25 season does not renew for 2025-26.

By the way, Mountain Capital Partners (the other MCP) now owns and operates Valle Nevado (as of 2023) and La Parva (as of 2024) in Chile. MCP started out by buying Durango and restoring the Purgatory name. After more purchases in the southwest, opted to expand internationally into S. America
