Boyne Mtn is a big resort and from what i understand is most of the employees are full time. They are also going to host a Mt Bohemia season pass party.
I wouldn’t say a lot, but a decent amount. They are offing a $25 lift ticket to anyone who has a season pass that works in Michigan, and they also have said they want to become Killington of the Midwest
I agree an 8 person high speed lift seems a little too much. But Boyne Mtn is Boyne’s baby and they tend to go big with upgrades. To be fair it did replace two triple lifts so the up hill capacity it about the same.

Sunday was the last day for Caberfae Peaks. The snow started out very firm hard packed groomed snow. But within and hour or so the sun did its magic and softened the snow to be near perfect spring snow.
Also Boyne Mtn was blowing snow on Saturday night into Sunday morning. Hopefully I will...
I had an opportunity to ski mid week and got a great deal on a lift ticket to Boyne Mtn so i used a personal ay and made the almost 4 hour trip north. When I left home the temp was 56 degrees and not a spot of snow on the ground. Around 3 hours into the trip as I got close to Gaylord things...
Boyne resorts had once again brought back a deal in Michigan if you have any season pass that works at a Michigan ski area you can get a $25 lift ticket. While I normally would have gone to Caberfae Peaks the $25 ticket and around another 30-40 min drive to ski somewhere different would be well...
Boyne Mtn is not done blowing snow. They have said they want to try and ski deep into May. They have around 24 feet of base on a run called Victor as of right now. They are going for Killington of the Mid-West
