NC Wooly Worm Festival is Oct. 18-19, 48th year. They start selling tickets on Sept. 1, 2025.
The annual Woolly Worm Festival is co-sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Banner Elk and the Avery County Chamber of Commerce. All proceeds are given back to the community to enhance our schools, childrenās programs, and to promote business and tourism in Avery County.
