Um, I can’t believe I took 2 years to figure this out…. You recognize these skis? The K2s? I think it’s time to get you up to Plattekill this year

Um yea, this story deserves to be told.

I had not realized until a few days ago that Brownski is actually a college buddy of mine from back in the day (~1993/1994). He even visited me for a couple days when he was driving back from Alaska in ~1996 (I was living in Bozeman at the time). That’s where Brownski purchased those K2 skis. He got them at a garage sale while we were walking around Bozeman during his visit. After his visit, I lost touch with Brownski for the next ~29 years until he made the connection a few days ago. Great to see that he still has those K2s. Can’t wait to catch up (and ski) with him this winter!

That's crap
Do tell!
LoL
I’ve already said too much. I’m sure you can fill in the details pretty accurately at this point

On a related note, these recent revelations have me feeling half all warm and fuzzy nostalgic and half old as fuck. 30 years goes by in the blink of an eye.

Yeah, JK and me have had some fun times back in the 90s. I’m not even sure how much I should say. One of us may have scaled a subway platform by the support girders

I will not affirm nor deny Brownski’s statement. What I will say is that, at that time, I thought of NYC as one big outdoor adventure land (with some of the attractions being made of steel and concrete). All are welcome to catch me on a lift ride and I’d be happy to elaborate.

This is awesome.

So, we’ve got a climber and a streaker. I’m sure there’s quite a few stories to tell.
