I top off with a shot of DEET or lemongrass oil at ankles, forearms, back of neck.

I've tested positive for Lymes twice now, once last year once maybe ten years ago.

Lymes does too. The Hounds responded well to Doxycycline.
There’s a Lymes vaccine for dogs.
They took the human Lyme jab off the market awhile ago.

UpState Med scientist from LI recently discussed alpha-gal syndrome.

this is true...but the potential is there to devastate the dairy and beef industry.

This year has been especially bad because of a wet May and June.

I know people are saying they are all over the southern Adk, but I still haven't seen one at our place. @TomCat where were you? I wonder if elevation matters.

I stopped riding my bike in NJ, I'd get a tick every time I went out.

I’m near the glen off 28. Elevation around 1000 ft

"Alpha-gal" tain’t only present in red meat.
A clinically useful monoclonal antibody appears to have alpha-gal carbohydrates present.
