Toggenburg Mountain Sold

Tski and Camp those are in your backyard.

So is there enough market traffic to support all 3 ? My gut says no

I remember Harris from Snow Ridge ,his family operated it for years .They ran a tight ship had very few reciprocals back in the day

I'd say no. Quite honestly what made Tog work was the Foggy Goggle. With the current winter weather as of late I also think that's why Hickey originally sold it. The writing was on the wall, IMO. I can't see the need $$$ invested into snowmaking upgrades that were/are needed ever paying off.
It's too bad, it was a fun place with a great vibe and killer food/bar.

OTOH, GP got noticibly more crowded when Togg closed. I spoke with some people who migrated. They really missed the family vibe that Togg had, and the terrain park. Since then, however, GP has ramped up its features, so that's probably not so much of an issue.

My best guess:

Depends on:
If lake effect snow & cold temps comes along with Micron, then yes.
If there’s sketchy wet winters and folks continue to move south (especially for the winter), then no. There’s a lot more folks around here in the summertime than in the wintertime nowadaze.

Looks like the judge has a meeting scheduled with the parties AUG 6th.
