Toggenburg Mountain Sold

I think it’s the judgement phase which will be telling. It could be a medicine-worse-than-the-disease situation
Who knows?
What’s this mean?
"The People’s request for injunctive and other equitable relief is denied without prejudice. The Court will schedule further proceedings and take additional briefing with respect to the issue of an appropriate remedy under the present circumstances."

Emphasis added.

Last outta court settlement, allegedly:

After awhile maybe NYS may have enough to have ORDA’s zippy coaster team's uniforms.

This entire lawsuit makes no sense to me. It seems like a waist of time. Don't get me wrong, it totally sucks another ski area here in CNY has been closed, nobody is in favor of that. That said, anyone who were to buy a ski area, especially in NYS, should have their heads examined. I mean, the writing was on the wall. Why do you think Hickey originally sold it.

Whoever makes the movie and/or writes the book on this story could possibly make some $ to help keep the bumps open.

The original NYS AG action appears to use the word “independent" twice.
A quick perusal of some of the recently filed docs doesn’t seem to mention the word “independent” nor “indy”... 🤔

If the Black Mtn thingy🍺works out in NH maybe folks can learn from that effort & apply it to Togg.

Who knows, maybe Song & Lab could join Indy & it'll be one big happy ⛷️🏂family.
In The Alps in Yurp some folks just ski from place to place...

I don't like the premise of an attorney/judge/government telling someone what they can or cannot do with property they own.
The whole skiing monopoly thing is laughable.
