I got two powder days in but didn't take any pictures. The snow was a little strange. It skies better after it got turned over. No ice to be found.
I stayed up in the canyon every day except two. Had no desire to travel down to Taos proper.
They only had 60 inches of snow prior to me going out. They were just about 100% open. As I get older I finding that the Rockies are my preferred mountains. Southern Rockies more specifically. Taos has the same type terrain as telluride. If I got dropped off in the woods and couldn't see where I would not be able to tell the difference.
