What a difference a canyon makes.
I had a great time hanging out with the Alta crew yesterday, but as they made clear, it needs new snow over there asap. Meanwhile, here in the “wrong canyon," the sun softened anything that hadn’t been groomed to beautiful sugar.

From 11 am until 3 pm, we couldn’t find a scratchy spot in the off-piste:

If you’re in the middle of a snow drought, today is as good as it gets. And then there was the tailgate scene in the Moonbeam parking lot featuring the infamous Crazy George:
